Rev. McLeod is the Associate State Director of the Child Evangelism Fellowship of Eastern Pennsylvania, Inc.

Rev. Wayne A. McLeod is a native of St. Clair, Michigan.  He graduated from Christiana High School in Newark, DE. in 1969.  From there, Wayne went to Bryan College in Tennessee, majoring in Christian Education of Bible.

After graduation from Bryan in 1973, Wayne returned to his home church in Delaware to gain some practical ministry experience.  For two years he taught a sixth grade Sunday school class, helped with Jr. High Youth Group, and taught in the adult Bible Institute.  Wayne was also a trainer for the Evangelism Explosion Program.

He next attended Dallas Theological Seminary, receiving his Masters Degree in Biblical Studies in 1980.  Wayne worked in several areas requiring a variety of skills before being offered a county directorship with CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP OF EASTERN PA, INC. in Chester County, PA. in 1983.  In this position, he was responsible for planning and executing all parts of a vigorous campaign to reach children in Chester County with the Gospel.

Wayne worked as the Director in Chester County for thirteen years before assuming a position as Ministry Assistant to the State Director for CEF OF EASTERN PA, INC. in Harrisburg, PA.  His current duties involve ensuring the doctrinal purity of all the teaching and Bible lesson materials produced at the State Office.  The material published under his scrutiny is used to reach thousands of children every year with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Eastern PA.  He is also involved in recruiting and training college students to serve as summer missionaries.  Wayne also teaches Good News Clubs, serves as the Summer Missionary Training School pastor, and is our chapel speaker.  In January 2004 Mr. McLeod accepted the position of Associate State Director.

Rev. McLeod is married to the former Sally Yeaple, of Wilmington, DE.  Together they have four children: twenty-four year old Peter, twenty-two year old Joel, twenty year old Judi, and fifteen year old Philip.
